Declaration on accessibility

CBRE Germany GmbH - Headquarters Germany (OMNITURM) endeavors to keep its website https://living-berlin.com in accordance with the provisions of the Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0).

1. status of compatibility with the requirements

The following content is currently not fully accessible:

  • PDF documents
    Some of our PDF documents do not meet all requirements (e.g. missing reading order, missing text levels). We are working on revising these or providing accessible alternatives.
  • Videos
    Some embedded videos currently lack subtitles and/or audio description. We plan to add subtitles to all videos in the near future.
  • Images without alternative texts
    An informative alternative text is still missing for a smaller number of images. These will be added successively.

Our website supports common accessibility tools and technologies, e.g:

  • Full keyboard navigation
  • Compatibility with screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver
  • Customizable font sizes and zoom functions
  • Contrast modes (high contrast, dark mode) via browser plug-ins and system settings
