Contribution from the Kinderschutzbund Berlin: We are delighted to have received a generous donation of board games from Schmidt-Spiele for our new children's library, courtesy of the furniture store LIVING BERLIN and the luxury sound store Klang & Design on Kantstraße.

Our children's library at the Leo Lionni elementary school in Wedding is a place for children to play, learn and meet, full of interesting and valuable toys, especially board games, to try out, explore and get creative with. Children are given the opportunity to try out board and card games under pedagogical supervision and meet up with other children to play together. A fixed range of games creates regular opportunities to meet and play.

A highlight of the project: the children can borrow the board and card games and various toys to take home.

A big thank you to Stephanie Salziger (Center Manager Living Berlin) and Axel Winkel (Managing Director of Klang & Design) for their commitment to our children's library. Klang & Design even gave us high-quality headphones for our other projects. Together we are committed to children in Berlin!
